Get your instant NSC enrollment verification

The Pullman campus uses the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) for instant access to your enrollment verification. WSU has authorized NSC to act as its agent for enrollment verification.

What can you get instantly?

  • Good Student Discount Certificates: Proof of your status as a Good Student for the current term
  • Current Enrollment Verification: Verification of your enrollment for the current term.
    • Available: 4th or 5th day of the term
    • Includes: Your name, enrollment status (full-time, etc), start/end dates, effective date, anticipated graduation date, date certified by WSU
  • All Terms Enrollment Verification: Verification of your enrollment for ALL terms
    • Available: 4th or 5th day of the current term
    • Includes: Your name, enrollment status for all terms (full-time, etc), start/end dates for all terms, effective date, anticipated graduation date, date certified by WSU
  • Advanced Registration Verification: Verification of your pre-enrollment for a future term.
    • Available: approximately 4 months prior to the start of the Fall Semester and approximately 2 months prior to the start of Spring Semester.
    • Includes: Your name, enrollment status (full-time, etc), start/end date of the future semester, anticipated graduation date, date certified by WSU
  • Notifications that NSC proved to others on your behalf: 
    • Available: Monthly
    • Notifications that NSC has provided your loan holders, lenders, guarantors, or National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS).
    • Proof of Enrollments provided to your health insurers and other providers of student services or products.

Verification Request

Most verifications can be provided by the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), instantly. See above for more information.

Use the Verification Request if...

  • The organization requesting verification will not accept National Student Clearinghouse verification. You will be required to upload the organizations denial documentation.
  • You need a document from a third party signed by the Office of the Registrar or on letterhead.
  • You are a student from SACM or Oman.

Submit the Verification Request - Pullman Campus Students for hand-prepared verifications.

Please allow 10 business days for your request to be fulfilled. During especially busy times of the year (first two weeks of the semester and after spring commencement) requests may take longer.
